[WT-support] SOUND ON Win-test under win7

Hello Martin,

I am also using WIN7 enterprise 64 bit on a DELL Latitude e7440, i7-4600
@2.1GHz with 8 GB of ram and audio from win-test is only beeps with no
sense from time to time.

Nothing else is connected to the laptop
