Paul,

Please save the two missing "equivalence" files into your Win-Test
/countryFiles directory.  That should fix it.

   http://download.win-test.com/files/equivalence/NA_CW_RTTY_SPRINT.DAT
   2. Start Win-Test
   3. From the Win-Test menu, select *File | Explore | /countryfiles
   directory* to open Windows Explorer
   4. Drag and drop or cut/paste the two files to move them into the
   /countryfiles directory
   5. Restart Win-Test

These two new files were apparently omitted from the WT 4.16 install image
(oops).
