[WT-support] WTclublog.exe

I had WTclublog running fine. Took a nap the other day, changed nothing at
all. WTclublog would not run when I looked again. I have uninstalled,
re-installed, checked both Windows and Norton firewalls. Nothing has worked
yet.

WTclublog looks as though it wants to open but doesn't. Anyone have any
suggestions?
