Thanks Joe.

I've added all that data to an iota.dtb file that can be used for both
pre-fill and super-check partial, adding all callsigns from the latest
MASTER.SCP file.

Anyone can download it here:

http://www.kkn.net/~n6tv/iota.zip

Unzip the iota.zip file and save iota2015.xdt to the /extras directory, and
iota.dtb to the /databases directory (you can locate these directories by
using File | Explore in the Wi-Test menu).

Start Win-Test and open an IOTA contest file. Right click on the Check
Partial window and select "Used files...". You should see iota.dtb listed.

(Optional) Press Alt-X to view the Extra Data Window, right click and add
iota2015.xdt.

Test: Enter a callsign like BO0K and you will see the IOTA pre-fill change
from AS020 to AS102 when you type the last letter.

Bob, N6TV
