   1. Upgrade to WT 4.15.0, released in November, 2014. Your version
(4.9.1?) was released in October, 2011, so it is quite out of date.
Download the full release from http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin
(password required). If you can't find your web site password, contact
   F5HRY.
   2. Make sure the Radio type is set to *Ten Tec Omni VII* in *both *Win-Test
*Interfaces Configuration* *and *in the microHAM *Router*
   3. Check the BAND PLAN being used to map frequency to mode.
      1. Right click on band map
      2. Select *Properties*
      3. At the bottom, next to *Current band plan in use*, click on the
      *Setup* button
      4. Make sure the drop-down list labeled *Band* is set to *160*
      5. Check the *CW* box and make sure the range is set to *1800.0 to
      1900.0*
      6. Verify that none of the other ranges overlap.
   4. Upgrade your Ten-Tec Omni VII firmware to the latest
   5. If you still get the same result, install Omni-Rig
<http://www.dxatlas.com/omnirig>, configure it for your Omni VII,
restart Win-Test and change radio type to *OmniRig*. This will control
the radio by completely independently developed code instead of the
   Win-Test code
   6. Please let us know what fixes the problem in case anyone else runs
   into this.
