[WT-support] Ptt delayed on cw

I've had far better results using Classic Auto Control and simple on/off CW
keying with Win-Test, using both LPT port pins and virtual serial port pins
provided by the MK2R+, than using any other technique.

In my experience, SO2R switching and CW keying with Win-Test via simple pin
toggles is faster and more reliable, since toggling pins obviously requires
far less internal processing in both the PC CPU and the MK2R than sending
and decoding an ASCII text string command over a serial interface, with
complex application handshaking, even over a fast USB interface.  I'm glad
the MK2R+ provides this flexibility.  There is *never* any CW delay using
this technique (unless you set PTT delay to 1000 ms).

For paddles, I use the keyer built into the radio.  It is also super
reliable, and more flexible for SO2R operators who can use two paddles
instead of one.  Win-Test scripts can be used to keep the radio keyer
speeds in sync with the Win-Test LPT or COM port CW keying speed.
