Nonsense!  Never use Classic Auto Control unless your computer or the
operating system does not support USB.  The most common cause of a
delay in start of transmit with Winkey is a logger that does not
properly handle the buffer in Winkey - typically one needs to reset
the Winkey device.  This problem is independent of the hardware and
needs to be fixed at the application level.
