[WT-support] so2r with two keyboards and one pc

AllI wonder of you can have a second keyboard attached to one pc with the "caps lock binds to secondary radio" setting such that this second keyboard has caps lock on and so, it is controlling radio 2 while the other keyboard is for radio 1.This is in order to have a stateless interface for running on two bands at the same time without using advanced so2r sequences with all under user control.Markku oh2ra, og2a, ww1c
