Just to clarify, the *exchange* you send in every QSO is your STATE, not
your section (some are the same, like NV, but many are not, like CA).

The QSO: lines in the Cabrillo file will all contain your STATE (entered in
Exchange box, CA, NV, NY, etc.) and the LOCATION: or ARRL-SECTION: lines
will contain your Section (SCV, ENY, etc.)  It doesn't prompt you for your
section until you create the Cabrillo file.

For ARRL DX, if every QSO: line in the Cabrillo shows "59 ENY", it is
incorrect.
