[WT-support] Installing SCP files and country udpates

See also http://bit.ly/wtscripts .  Try UpdateCtySCP.zip which automates
the process of updating both country files and check partial files.

Note: If you do not select "Run as Administrator" to start Win-Test, the
files may be not be located in the documented directories, and you may want
to reinstall Win-Test, selecting "Run as Administrator" for both the
installer and Win-Test.
