[WT-support] Keying with Win-Test (new user)

I just purchased Win-Test and installed it on a Windows 7 64-bit computer.   The CW keying is erratic.    I tried turning off all
the startup programs, turned off Norton anti-virus and firewall and tried running Win-Test in Windows XP (SP3) compatibility mode,
all with no success.   Nothing is connected to the computer, all the setup parameters are as were installed by Win-Test.
