Those results are only due to two accidents - the large percentage of
European teams and that WRTC does not include RTTY. When one looks at
only teams from North/South America there were more teams using N1MM
than Win-Test. When one looks at the top entrants in RTTY contests
the overwhelming preference is either N1MM or Writelog.
With digital contesting growing far more rapidly than CW, one has to
be concerned about the continued devotion to a user interface from the
last century and lack of attention being paid to any mode but CW.
