[WT-support] ID to download

I went to download a new version of Win-Test and thought my ID was my call
but that does not work. I went back to support site and changed my password
from the one originally sent to me. Tried both my call and email address.
I don't find anywhere in my notes about an ID other than the original purchase
documentation and when I redid it when I changed computer OS to WIN 7 which
stated W9NWY
