[WT-support] Multiplier in DARC 10m Contest

Hi Larry,

operated in the DARC 10m Contest this morning. Rules indicate that 
german stations that are not DARC members have to send "NM" (non member) 
instead of the DOK. "NM" should NOT be counted as an multiplier!

In Win-Test (tested with 4.9.1 and 4.11) NM is counted as a multiplier. 
Besides this "issue" Win-Test worked flawlessly, as always!
