Yes it has. N1MM Logger has supported a User Defined Contest (UDC) 
capability for many several years. G4ODB and NA3M have provided many UDC 
modules, available on the N1MM web site. And, BTW, N1MM Logger supports 
the CQP, FQP and 250 other contests.

Sorry for the advertising, but misconceptions do need to be corrected.
