[WT-support] versions 4.7 vs 4.10

4.6.0 (Oct 24, 2010)
- CAUTION: New network protocol version 1.25 released
   Reminder: If you use WT in a networked environment, you must have
   the same WT version on all machines!

So 4.7 must have the same network proocol as 4.10 since there is no 
notification in the relase file
