[WT-support] wtRotators - wrong Baud rate for Spid RAK

You can switch the AlphaSpid into Hygain mode using the Program Simulation
Menu (PS H). Then in wtRotators, change the rotator type to Hygain DCU-1.
Another option is to replace wtRotators with PstRotatorsAz by
YO3DMU<http://www.qsl.net/yo3dmu/index_Page346.htm>;
it is reported to work well with various hardware and it is 100% compatible
with Win-Test if properly configured.
