[WT-support] Download 4.11

I am trying to download the upgrade to 4.11 from win-test.com, but I am  
getting an "Authentication Required" message wanting a User Name and  
Password.  The message states that a username and password are being  requested by 
http://downlod.win-test.com.  I  don't have a username and password to enter.
 
In the past, I don't recall having been required to enter a username  or 
password.  The only thing I think I needed in the past was my Customer  Number 
and Callsign.
 
Any help will be appreciated.
