<DIV>I am trying to download the upgrade to 4.11 from win-test.com, but I am 

getting an "Authentication Required" message wanting a User Name and 

Password.  The message states that a username and password are being 

requested by <A 

href="http://downlod.win-test.com">http://downlod.win-test.com</A>.  I 

don't have a username and password to enter.</DIV>

<DIV>In the past, I don't recall having been required to enter a username 

or password.  The only thing I think I needed in the past was my Customer 

Number and Callsign.</DIV>
