Not really, since there is no way to activate a script from a mouse click
in the band map.

One hack you could try:

   1. Receive on VFO A, Transmit on VFO B (Split)
   2. Double-click will move VFO A and fill the logging window with Skimmer
   call
   Problem:  It will also disable Split mode
   3. To avoid that, use Omni-Rig <http://www.dxatlas.com/omnirig> to
   control the radio (set Radio Type = OmnRig), but disable Split activation
   by editing the rig's .INI file:
   C:Program Files\Afreet\OmniRig\Rigs\*RigName*.ini

   Edit these lines as follows:

   [pmSplitOn]
   ;not supported
   [pmSplitOff]
   ;not supported

But I haven't tried it.
