I have tried all solutions but non of them worked the problem still
remains, What is happening is that win-test is somehow is
losing communication with winkey, because the router&win-test still reads
the Freq OK but when I open configure interface page and without changing
any thing the clicking OK the program shutdown. any other idea solution?

I have tried also disconnecting the paddle but the problem still exist.
