[WT-support] CW sending problem

Try this too:

1.  WKSETUP [Enter]
2.  Select Synchronized
3.  Select "Only by the Win-Test Commands"

The speed of the Win-Key changes a lot if you try to use "Independent"
mode, so I recommend not using it.
