Win-Test uses arrl-usve.dtb to prefill exchange data for the ARRL RTTY
Roundup contest. There is no public version of this file with up-to-date
information, but you can update it yourself just by loading older logs
(.wt4 or Cabrillo) into Win-Test, then from the menu run File | Update
database to update arrl-usve.dtb with the exchange data from the current
log.

As for the .csv file mentioned above, you can use Microsoft Excel or Google
Spreadsheets to import the .csv file. Then add extra columns to make it
look like a "fake" Cabrillo file (date/time/band/call/exchange sent, etc).
This can all be the same. Export this updated Spreadsheet as .txt file,
but rename it fake.log and manually add the Cabrillo header information
(run WRITELOG to see what the header is supposed to look like).

Close all logs (File | Close *not* File | Exit), then do File | Import |
Cabrillo, selecting fake.log for import. Then run File | Update database
again to effectively update arrl-usve.dtb with the data from the .csv file.

Another option is to just convert the .csv file to text using Excel, rename
it .xdt, and display the data in the Extra Data Window:
