[WT-support] W8?

Windows 8 is solid with the microHAM software - I don't see any reason
it should not work just as well with Win-Test as Windows 7.  Do one
thing ... download/install Classic Shell with Win 8.  That will restore
the Start Menu/Desktop giving you a much more familiar user interface.
