[WT-support] SP DX Contest - band changes limit?

Next weekend there will be SP DX Contest.
In the rules http://spdxcontest.pzk.org.pl/reg/reg_g.html :
"the number of band changes or mode changes is limited to 12 in one clock hour"

win-test is only displaying time since last band change.
How to enable display of band/mode changes in clock hour?

Is there something wrong with my setup or the SPDXC rules implementation is wrong in win-test?
