[WT-support] Creating a reg1test file

Great idea Bob except I was hoping to import to Tucnak as I'm told it can produce better stats per operator than SH5 and that's what I'm after. Tucnak needs a reg1test import file. Unless I'm doing something wrong, all SH5 gives is a list of operators.
