[WT-support] Creating a reg1test file

REG1TEST and Cabrillo output is not supported for DXpedition logs, since a
DXpedition is not a contest.

Try this:

   1. Export the DXpedition log as ADIF (WRITELOG [Enter])
   2. Run ADIF2CABR <http://www.dxzone.com/dx23017/adif2cabr.html> to
   convert to Cabrillo
   3. Run SH5 <http://www.tr4w.com/sh5/> against the Cabrillo file to
   produce statistics.
