[WT-support] QSOs do not log

Siggi,
You have to enter a received exchange or else Win-Test will not log the
QSO. Also make sure CapsLock or SHIFT is not locked or stuck key down.
Also, you have to use the "+" key on the numeric keypad on the right side
of a full-sized keyboard.
If you are using a Notebook computer or mini keyboard, follow the
instructions on this

remap a more convenient key, such as the apostrophe ( ' ) to do the
job
of the numeric keypad plus ( + ) key.
