[WT-support] Ethernet to Winkey

I use a Terminal Server (ethernet to serial port(s)) (Digi PortSever TS4) with Winkey and Win-Test at my remote station. Works perfectly. As the PortServer software sets up virtual serial ports in the host PC, I don't think this set up should appear any differently to Win-Test than a native port.
