[WT-support] Problem WAE RTTY

Thanks for sending the two files.  It seems that the QTC dialogs have been
place off screen at some point, perhaps on a second monitor?

In WT.INI, change

QtcReceiveDlg=0544 -1070
QtcTransmitDlg=0592 -1057

to

QtcReceiveDlg=0544 0043
QtcTransmitDlg=0592 0043

and that will fix the problem.
