[WT-support] using PstRotator with Win-Test

thanks for that info, currently PstRotatorAz can not be used in an 
Multi-TRX environment with changing band assignments (e.g. M/2).

What about the case when more than one network-interface is available on 
the computer that runs PstRotatorAz? In Win-Test you can select both, 
Port and IP for the UDP packets, in PstRotatorAz I can only select the 
UDP Port.
