no I don?t mean numbering per computer.
You described the problem better than I can do with my english.

The easiest way to solve the problem is to just "lock" the current number
on any station/computer that has already sent out this number,
so that the "+1" at the second station couldn?t occur.

Of course that leads to the situaition, that you may have two
identical numbers on the same band, but I don?t see that as a problem
