In comparison, 921 logs were received for the California QSO Party last
year, containing over 260,000 QSOs, but as yet there is still no support
for CQP in Win-Test.

I can't speak for the developers, but adding new support seems unlikely.
Three weeks is just not enough time. At present, the developers just
don't seem to have the time or interest to add any new contest support.
I'm hoping that some day they will release the Win-Test source code as
open source, or provide additional LUA APIs so that a "User Defined
Contest" can be supported. In the mean time, N1MM Software is probably the
best way to go, for the CQMM contest.
