[WT-support] Support for CQMM DX Contest

Hi,

I'd like to known If is It possible to include CQMM DX Contest on Win-Test
contest list?

If developers need more assistance, I'm happy to help out.

Last year, CQMM DX Contest registered over 90,000 QSOs with about 8,000
different callsign, over 3,000 calls show at least 5 logs submitted.

Contest will happen on April, 21 1200z to April, 22 2359z.
