[WT-support] Radio1 window

I have seen this issue, but only when using the "Proflic" brand of
USB-to-Serial adapters.  They have big problems.  You can try installing
the latest Prolific drivers, but a far better solution is to completely
replace the USB-to-Serial adapter with a unit using either the FTDI or
Eltima chipset / drivers.

In sum:  do not use Prolific USB-to-Serial adapters with K3 and Win-Test.
