I have seen this issue, but only when using the "Proflic" brand of USB-to-Serial adapters. They have big problems. You can try installing the latest Prolific drivers, but a far better solution is to completely replace the USB-to-Serial adapter with a unit using either the FTDI or Eltima chipset / drivers.<div>
