For best results, install Win-Test 4 in a new directory, e.g. "WT4",
instead of the Win-Test 3 directory.

tips migrating from V3 to V4. If this is Windows Vista or Windows 7
substitute c:\ProgramData\Win-Test for C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\Win-Test.
