[WT-support] WT and RTTY Contest & dx-pedition mode

Hi Zygi,

I think you mean seperate set of messages for CW and RTTY...
I configured the set of RUN-messages for CW and the S/P-messages for 
RTTY and when changing modes also changed between RUN and S/P.
