[WT-support] DX cluster setup

[DK5EW]

Dear Bob,
now it is working. I forgott to enable ethernet network. Now I have to 
find out the syntax for set the DX cluster only 144MHz without any 
annoncment.
But guess I can find the syntax in the internet.
