I'm not a VHF contester, so I'm not sure what an Aurora or Rain Scatter
"report" looks like. If it's just something put into the comment field of
a regular cluster spot, Win-Test can display those comments in the
DX-cluster Announcements (Alt-A) window. Just right click on the window
and select "Display Options" -> Comments. If it's some other type of post,
like a WX post, you can watch everything posted to the cluster in the
DX-Cluster monitor window (Alt-O). Or keep the wtDxTelnet window open and
you can scroll back. Or use Alt-T to send a command to the cluster,
SH/AURORA or whatever it needs.

I am unable to replicate this with no radios connected via serial ports.
Try this:
1. Operating | Technique | Advanced SO2R
2. Operating | Caps Lock Binds to Secondary Radio
3. Windows | Secondary Radio
4. Press Alt-F1 / Alt-F2 to change band of primary radio
5. Press Ctrl-F1 or Ctrl-F2 to change mode of primary radio
6. Press Caps Lock to shift focus to secondary radio window
7. Press Alt-F1 / Alt-F2 to change band of secondary radio (radio 1 is
unaffected)
8. Press Ctrl-F1 / Ctrl-F2 to change mode of secondary radio (radio 1 is
unaffected)
9. Press CapsLock again to return focus to primary radio
10. Press [*] (on numeric keypad) to swap main/secondary radio
Please tell us step-by-step what you are doing and what you are observing,
also list type of radio if being controlled via an RS-232 connection. The
only strange thing I observe is that Win-Test defaults to SSB mode whenever
you change bands (for contest type All Modes) or to CW mode (for contest
type MIXED). Perhaps you want it to default to FM?
