I am active RDA chaser and ADIF from Win-Test was correctly imported into DXKeeper. It is more likely that your logging software is not supporting ADIF specification listed on http://www.adif.org/adif227.htm

I worked RDA Contest with Win-Test 4.10.0-dev
Creating ADIF for my logbook-program I got this result:
A RDA, e.g.  "ST34" created the adif 3 (!) parts:
<SRX:4>ST34 /that is like expected, but additional these two parts/:
*<STATE:2>ST
<CNTY:5>ST-34*
The last two parts are not correct and created confusion to the 
statistic of my logbook (hamoffice).
Does anyone have this problem too?
