[WT-support] Microkeyer II DVK with WT not working

I found that adding the MK-II to a comport got it working. I didn't
find any delays in limited testing, I'll see how it does in the contest.
I did have lots of trouble with CW delays using the MK-II with Writelog
a few years ago, but that seems to be working better now.
