When you use the microHAM device as a sound card rather than as an external
DVK, i.e. by specifying:

Voice Keyer:
  Enable Sound card:  USB Voice Codec

in the Win-Test Interfaces Configuration screen, you have to program the
messages using Win-Test (e.g., Shift-F1), not the microHAM software.  This
is actually the best way to use the microHAM voice keyers right now, because
the other methods (e.g. microHAM control protocol) causes really bad 1-2
second message delays.  The microHAM folks say Win-Test is the problem, and
the Win-Test folks say microHAM firmware is the problem, so in the mean time
we have to work around these issues ourselves.
