[WT-support] memory macros for the TS-590

Don't forget that the TS-590, along with the newer Icom's, have an internal USB
codec. This means that you can use conventional .wav files for voice memories
that are sent to the internal USB codec over a USB cable between the computer
and the radio. No PC sound card is needed.
