[WT-support] Wrong Frequency/Band in Cabrillo

Win-Test 4.8
SO2R
Did have partner window up for N6TV's "StackCalls" script. I don't
think I used it for this QSO.
QSO is made on 2ndary radio in the 2ndary window. 1 of 2 in a row on
10M in a 20M run.
