Just update the country file via CTYFILES [Enter] (if you have Internet
access on that computer).

But if you really would prefer to edit the country file manually, just use
the menu in Win-Test to do File | Explore | /CountryFiles directory, then
edit CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in that directory using Notepad or Wordpad.

Change the Martinique entry to:

Martinique:               08:  11:  NA:   14.70:    61.03:     4.0:  FM:
    FM,=TO5A,=TO5T,=TO7A,=TO8A;

Save the file, and reopen Win-Test.
