[WT-support] SCP update

How do You know that Win-test 4 does not take it?

If You don't know here is How You can check: You

go to Check partial window with right click and then

You will see used files list; when You click it You will

see which one is in current use. I just check here on my

PC and everything works as i wrote. When master.scp

is not in database program uses HF.DTB, when I put

MASTER.SCP in directory it has priority over HF.DTB.
