[WT-support] New GetScores conduit

Hi Marios,

thanks a lot for investing your time to develop a new conduit for Win-test/Getscores.
I will give it a try in the next upcoming contests (especially WPX CW) and will be willing
to report any bug-suggestion.
I'm using a Mac with Vmware/Parallels running Win-test under Windows 7 64bit.

Keep up your good work.
