[WT-support] CQP Support Request

I would like to echo this request for not only the CQP but also for the FQP, the PAQP, the MIQP, the OHQP, and many, many other US QSO parties. These contests are extremely popular, not just among North American contesters, but also among EU contesters. Please take a look at the results of the CQP, the FQP, etc. to see how much participation there is.

Currently I must maintain two computers, one for WT for the major contests and another older one to run a program like NA for QSO parties. I would really like to get rid of the old computer but that is impossible now.

WT is an excellent, stable program, and many large contest stations in the US and Canada have adopted it, but if WT is to make significant headway among average contesters, it needs to support the popular US QSO parties.

Please consider this. Thank you!

  Subject: [WT-support] CQP Support Request

        Hello Support Team,

I would like to find out if there is a chance to incorporate the California QSO party
prior to the 2011 event. Please???? As one of the more polular State QSO parties, it would be great if WT supported this event. Currently, only the Texas QSO party is supported. There are other QSO parties growing in poularity as well.

CQP is less than 94 days away. The 2010 event had 921 logs submitted, many of those are WT users, of which I think would be more than happy to see CQP supported.

Thank you in advance for considering this request,

        73,

        Wes, W3SE / ZL3TE
