[WT-support] Contest-Recorder and WT 4.8

The contest recorder is extremely picky about playback. Everything has to
match exactly: file name, year, contest, station name. Also, if you have *
two* logs from the same year and same contest in the same directory, the
recorder may refuse to play back either one.

For example, if you logged and recorded some practice QSOs then saved that
practice log and started a new one, using the same folder for all files,
playback probably won't work. If you move the practice file to a separate
directory, it might.
